If you have lost your MasterCard® or MemberCard®, we will make it as easy as we can on you.  Please contact 1-800-LOST 111 or 1-800-567-8111 and inform them of the incident.  Also, please contact us as soon as you can so we can follow the necessary steps to cancel your card.
